Postage & Delivery

Once payment is received for your order, our seller's aim to deliver your order in 3 working days. Deliveries are made by either Royal Mail or via the seller's chosen courier partner on a next working day delivery service.

If you have any questions regarding your order, the best and quickest way of contacting the seller is via your 'Account'.

You will receive an email to inform you that your order has been dispatched from the seller and when you should expect delivery. It is then your responsibility to make arrangements for somebody to receive the delivery or arrange the item to be delivered to a neighbour or safe place direct with the courier.

If you miss your delivery, the courier will leave you a card with your consignment number and contact details for your local depot. You are then responsible for contacting the courier company to arrange a more convenient day for delivery or the collection of your goods.
