What do we do with your information?
All the information we collect from you is stored in the UK and processed in the UK. The order database containing all order and shipping information collected from the website is stored and remotely backed-up on a secure web server in a Data Centre managed and owned by the UK web hosting company EUKHOST.

Your payment details are passed to a third-party payment processor Take Payments and Barclaycard. NO payment details are ever stored by us. We use Take Payments to provide us with a secure debit and credit card payment processing service. If you choose to pay by this method online via our website, your card details, name, address, IP address, and email will be transmitted to Take Payments securely for the processing of payment and for fraud prevention. Take Payments will not store your card details.

We work with businesses (sellers) who manage and support our website and as such, they have access to the information that we request from you in order to process your order. In rare cases we may disclose information to third parties (web developers) where a legal obligation, or similar order is enforced upon us. Everything Lambretta Ltd do not share data with any third parties other than those specifically mentioned above.
