Everything Lambretta - User Agreement

1. Introduction

This User Agreement, the Everything Lambretta User Privacy Notice, the Mobile Device Terms and all policies posted on our sites set out the terms on which Everything Lambretta offers you access to and use of our sites, services, applications, and tools (collectively 'services'). You can find an overview of our policies here. All policies and the Mobile Device Terms are incorporated into this User Agreement. 2. About Everything Lambretta

Everything Lambretta is a Lambretta parts, price comparison website that allows UK businesses, registered with HM Revenue & Customs, to sell new Lambretta parts and Lambretta related products to registered Everything Lambretta website members. Everything Lambretta also allows its registered members to advertise second-hand Lambretta parts on the Everything Lambretta website.

Everything Lambretta does not have possession of any of the parts listed by the approved sellers or second-hand parts listed or sold through “Everything Lambretta”, and is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. The contract for the sale is directly between buyer and seller. Everything Lambretta is not a party to the transaction. The rights of both the sellers and the buyers can be found in the Consumers Rights Act.

While we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes between buyers and UK registered business sellers, “Everything Lambretta” has no control over, and does not guarantee the existence, quality, safety, or legality of, items advertised; the truth or accuracy of users' content, the ability of sellers to sell items; the ability of buyers to pay for items; or that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction or return an item.

3. Using Everything Lambretta as a business seller

As a business seller using Everything Lambretta, you must adhere to the Business Seller’s Terms & Conditions laid down by Everything Lambretta when registering with us.

4. Using the Everything Lambretta as a member of the website

As a member of Everything Lambretta, you must adhere to the Members Terms & Conditions laid down by Everything Lambretta when registering as a member or when registering to purchase through this website.

In addition, we reserve the right to amend or terminate all or part of our services and/or not provide all or part of our services to anyone for any reason for any period or time, at our discretion.
