Why do we collect this information?
We will use your information to fulfill your order and purchase. We will also send you a receipt via email and we may use your telephone number to contact you regarding your order. We require this information so our sellers can process your order send your items to you.

What do we do with your information?
All the information we collect from you is stored in the UK and processed in the UK. The order database containing all order and shipping information collected from the website is stored and remotely backed-up on a secure web server in a Data Centre managed and owned by the UK web hosting company EUKHOST.

Your payment details are passed to a third-party payment processor Take Payments and Barclaycard. NO payment details are ever stored by us. We use Take Payments to provide us with a secure debit and credit card payment processing service. If you choose to pay by this method online via our website, your card details, name, address, IP address, and email will be transmitted to Take Payments securely for the processing of payment and for fraud prevention. Take Payments will not store your card details.

We work with businesses (sellers) who manage and support our website and as such, they have access to the information that we request from you in order to process your order. In rare cases we may disclose information to third parties (web developers) where a legal obligation, or similar order is enforced upon us. Everything Lambretta Ltd do not share data with any third parties other than those specifically mentioned above.

We will always take all necessary steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

How long do we keep your information for?
We keep your information on file unless a request is made to us to delete it. We do this so you can log in to order items in the future.

Membership
When applying to become a member of Everything Lambretta.com, you must adhere to the following:

Use the same name that you use in everyday life.
Provide accurate information about yourself.
Only create one account (your own) and use it for personal purposes.
Not share your password, give access to your Everything Lambretta.com account to others or transfer your account to anyone else.
Not breach or circumvent any laws, third-party rights or our systems or policies.
Not sell any counterfeit items or otherwise infringe the copyright, trademark, or other rights of third parties.
Not use our Services if you are not able to form legally binding contracts (for example if you are under 18), or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our Services.
Not misrepresent the item you are listing on the “Everything Lambretta” site.
Not fail to pay for items purchased by you, unless you have a valid reason.
Not fail to deliver items sold by you, unless you have a valid reason.
Not manipulate the price of any item or interfere with any other user's listings.

Disputes
“Everything Lambretta” firstly recommends that you try to resolve your dispute with the seller directly. “Everything Lambretta” sellers are supposed to contact the buyer and try to resolve your dispute within three days from the date of the dispute being lodged. If you do not hear from the buyer within 3 days of a dispute being lodged, “Everything Lambretta” will refund the buyer the total amount they paid for the disputed item. “Everything Lambretta” recommends you keep a detailed paper trail of all correspondence regarding the dispute.

If you do hear from the seller within 3 days from the date of the dispute being lodged and no resolution to the dispute can be found within 21 days, then you can contact “Everything Lambretta” to assist in the dispute.
